COSTA NOVA x Heróis do Mar

From October 3rd to 6th, the Doca da Marinha in Lisbon was the stage for the Heróis do Mar gastronomic festival, a celebration of the finest Portuguese seafood. With live cooking demonstrations, banquets, kitchen parties, and concerts, the event featured some of the most acclaimed chefs from Portugal and around the world.

COSTA NOVA, a leading name in Portuguese tableware, was chosen to elevate the banquet experience. Its sustainable stoneware collections provided a unique setting for guests to enjoy exquisite dishes, highlighting the craftsmanship and quality of Portuguese design. Chefs José Avillez, Justa Nobre, and Kiko Martins teamed up with international names like Quique Dacosta and Moreno Cedroni to create culinary masterpieces, all beautifully presented on COSTA NOVA’s pieces.

A standout moment of the event was the October 4th banquet, where Quique Dacosta, a 3-star Michelin chef, joined José Avillez, with 2 Michelin stars at Belcanto, to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. The sophistication of COSTA NOVA’s tableware elevated every detail of the evening.

Set by the Rio Tejo, Heróis do Mar demonstrated the best of Portuguese and international cuisine, proving that the right tabletop can make the difference in creating a truly memorable dining experience.
