COSTA NOVA brings innovation to Ambiente 2025 with the official launch of ESCADA

From February 7 to 11, COSTA NOVA is once again present at Ambiente Frankfurt, one of the world’s leading trade fairs, with a 150m² stand dedicated to its latest collections for retail and hospitality. Known for its high-quality tableware, sustainably produced in Portugal, the brand continues to expand its offering, introducing not only new tableware collections but also glassware, flatware, textiles, and décor, all designed to create a complete dining experience.

One of the standout moments of this year’s presentation is the official launch of ESCADA, a signature collection by Carsten Gollnick and developed specifically for the hospitality sector. More than just tableware, ESCADA brings a new perspective to buffet presentations, offering a versatile and elegant system that allows hotels and restaurants to transform the way they present food.

At the core of the collection is a cork staircase, designed to enable flexible stacking of stoneware elements. By tilting and positioning these pieces vertically, ESCADA allows for dynamic, multi-layered arrangements that add depth and visual impact to the table. The collection includes flat and staircase-shaped stoneware pieces, which can be freely combined to create unique, personalized presentations.

As Carsten Gollnick explains:

"ESCADA is a versatile buffet collection for hotels, inspired by the architectural building traditions of the cities and the wide horizons of the Portuguese countryside. Regional materials that reflect the history of Portuguese artisan culture and nature are an integral part of the concept."
