COSTA NOVA at the 10th International Sea Urchin Festival

From April 24 to May 3, the Ericeira Municipal Market will host the 10th edition of the International Sea Urchin Festival. COSTA NOVA takes part in this celebration with pieces that reflect its deep connection to the sea.

With a diverse program, the festival includes live cooking demonstrations led by renowned chefs, whose creations are plated on COSTA NOVA collections such as Resonance, Aparte, Brisa, and Nova. These pieces reinforce the natural affinity between the event and the brand, evoking the table, the sea, the coast, and Portuguese heritage.

The program also features culinary and wine pop-ups, science workshops, and a gastronomic showcase with around thirty participating restaurants. All of this revolves around the sea urchin, a distinctive ingredient that the festival seeks to highlight and elevate as a unique delicacy.
